Emergency
I’m writing my new book ¨ EMERGENCY: Development of Youth Emerging Leadership in Latin America¨ (in spanish). This book is divided into four major sections (three to four chapters each). The first section focuses on development issues at the relationship of the leader with God. The second major section is to address issues concerning the relationship of the leader himself. In the third section, the focus is on issues that have to do with the leader’s relationship with others. Finally, the fourth section consists of reflections on the relationship of the leader with their environment and how to be relevant leaders in our challenging context.
